What we cut most often

기술

A year of orders, counted: stainless steel takes more than half the volume, and 4 mm is the thickness that keeps coming back.

Stainless steel accounts for 55.7 % of everything that goes through the machines, most of it 1.4301 / AISI 304; carbon steel follows at 22.4 %, aluminium at 16.7 % and galvanised steel at 5.6 %. Thickness splits between two habits — 4 mm at 33.3 % for structural parts, brackets and frames, and 0.5 mm at 27.8 % for covers, shields and enclosures — while 5 to 10 mm turns up wherever a part has to carry load. The orders themselves arrive from four countries: Slovakia at 44.4 %, Austria at 27.8 %, Germany at 16.7 % and Slovenia at 5.6 % — what an online cutting service looks like once distance stops deciding where a part gets made.
