EHOSS at Normandy Horse Meet’Up 2026: preparing the next step for 2027

Two days at the Pôle International du Cheval Longines-Deauville as a professional visitor — what the floor said about how ready the equine industry is for stable automation, and why bringing FORAGE.PRO and BEDDING.PRO to the 2027 edition needs more than a stand.

EHOSS spent 16 and 17 September at the Pôle International du Cheval Longines-Deauville, where Normandy Horse Meet’Up gathers the professionals of the equine sector for two days. We were there as visitors rather than exhibitors.

The objective was a single one: to understand the direction the European equine industry is moving in, and how ready the market is for new technology in stable management.

The visit confirmed something worth knowing before a stand is ever committed to it — the industry is looking for practical innovation, and it is looking actively.

The covered arena turned over to the event, timber-framed stands standing on the sand under the hall's wooden roof

The engagement came from both sides of the event. The organisers are clearly committed to building it as a platform for progress rather than a floor to rent, and that intent shows in the way the two days are put together.

The visitors matched it. Professionals did not come simply to observe: they joined discussions, exchanged experience, took part in demonstrations and went looking for answers on horse care, stable efficiency and the work of an ordinary day.

For EHOSS that is a valuable signal. Our mission is to bring automation into the stable environment and to turn routine processes into systems that are more efficient, more controlled and more oriented to the horse.

Over the two days we also held discussions with the organisers about taking part in the 2027 edition with two EHOSS platforms: FORAGE.PRO and BEDDING.PRO.

FORAGE.PRO is built to improve and automate the preparation of hay. BEDDING.PRO does the same for the handling and preparation of bedding material. Both belong to the wider EHOSS ecosystem — dedicated technological platforms created to modernise how a stable is run.

Presenting them, however, takes considerably more than a conventional exhibition stand.

EHOSS platforms are container-based systems designed to operate as real technological units. Showing one means dedicated space, logistics, access for installation, technical infrastructure and the additional resources it takes to demonstrate the equipment in a way that means anything.

This is why the preparation for 2027 already involves further discussions and close coordination with the Normandy Horse Meet’Up team, and why that work will continue.

The objective is not simply to display equipment. It is to create a demonstration environment where a visitor can understand how EHOSS technologies become part of the modern stable.

For us, Normandy Horse Meet’Up is an important meeting point between technology, equine professionals and the future of the industry — held on a working equestrian site under the Région Normandie banner rather than in an exhibition hall.

2026 was about observing, learning and starting the dialogue. 2027 could be about bringing EHOSS technology directly to Normandy.
