EHOSS hosted a student from Université Paris Cité for a hands-on software development internship focused on automated data collection and processing. The project involved building a Python-based web scraping tool to collect and structure data from the FEI website.
The work included website architecture analysis, nested JSON data modelling, robust extraction scripts using Playwright and BeautifulSoup, exception handling, data-quality control and final data cleaning — giving the student practical experience with a real data engineering task at EHOSS.
